The IICI's fifth Standard Professional Interview (SPI 5) and Advanced Investigative Interview (AII 5) courses took place in the Hague at the IICI headquarters from 29 – 31 October and 1 - 2 November respectively. A total of 15 people took part in the Standard course and 12 in the Advanced course. They came from the following organizations: Netherlands KLPD (war crimes unit), ICTY, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Office of the UN Special Representative of the Secretary General on Children in Armed Conflict, Netherlands Forensic Institute, UN Office on Drugs and Crime, State Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina, ICTR and the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Japan, Ireland, USA, Switzerland, Tanzania.
