From 15 - 24 October 2012 the IICI delivered three certification workshops at its headquarters in The Hague for a total of 78 staff of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and other ad hoc tribunals to certify them for inclusion on the Justice Rapid Response (JRR) roster. Through these workshops the JRR roster can harness the valuable skills and experience of the staff at the ad hoc tribunals, several of which are now nearing the end of their mandates. These workshops were planned in close cooperation with the ICTY.
