The IICI accepts applications for training from criminal investigators with at least five years experience as detectives, or human rights researchers with the equivalent experience in investigating serious violations of international humanitarian law and human rights violations involving crimes. The IICI is open to all investigators from anywhere in the world, regardless of race, class, creed, gender, national origin or religion, but for now all applicants must be able to speak, read and write English. As we progress, we intend to add courses in other languages. If you meet the above criteria, and wish to apply for the next International Investigator Course, please contact IICI Headquarters via the email function on this site.

The dates and location of the next IIC, with tuition fees and other information, will be announced on the Events page on this website.
